CONDITIONS OF USE

Customers are advised to avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery if they feel tired after taking any of our products.

You are advised not to exceed the recommended dosage. Always read the label. All our CBD oils are sold as food supplements.
In case you are taking prescription medicines, you may find that our products may conflict with your prescriptions.

We recommend that you avoid combining our CBD products with prescription medications unless you are certain that there is no chance of any conflict. 

We are not accountable in the event of any medical conflict.

We recommend that customers always consult their doctor before taking any new products.
Any recommended dosage quoted on our products are intended for adults. 

Under no circumstance should customers administer adult doses to children or give children access to products that have an age restriction of 18 years and above.

We do not offer medical advice and our products are not sold to offer cures for any medical condition.

All our ingestible products must have well presented labelling that clearly state the total milligram content of CBD and include recommended dosage instructions.

This is in addition to the statutory requirement for food labelling as required by the food labelling guidelines.

Independent 3rd Party Analysis (Lab Reports) are available to consumers on request for every batch stating the full cannabinoid profiles.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

CBD products are natural, and as such are subject to natural variations.

We cannot be held accountable for any variation in colour, smell or flavour/terpene profile of our products.

Our processed industrial hemp souvenirs are not sold to be ingested; we strictly advise against the burning of any herb due to the health risks of consuming carcinogens.

We offer our products and services entirely at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse or restrict sales to any 3rd party.

Hosted and protected by Shopify. Paypal secure checkout or use your own Paypal account for express checkouts. Our payment pages are secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in order to ensure that customer data is protected. 

PAYMENTS

Payment must be made in GBP and products are priced in GBP.

Customers are required to make full payment before orders can be dispatched from our fulfilment centre.

We reserve the right to select and modify our payment methods.

We reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or service at our discretion.

Where an order is cancelled at our discretion and payment has been received, we will refund the payment in full.

Customers are required to ensure that their account information is correct and up to date. We are not accountable for delays caused by incorrect address or delivery information and customers risk additional charges if products have to be redelivered to another address.

Where an order has been cancelled or delayed due to supply issues, We will take all reasonable measures to inform customers and provide updates where necessary.

DELIVERY POLICY

All our orders are currently sent with "Royal Mail Signed for" or "Special Delivery 1pm" if selected. Royal Mail signature and tracked services advise expected delivery time of 1-2 days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking number specific to your order.

All international orders will be sent by Airmail Signature and Tracked service. Delivery times can vary according to destination and can be from 3 – 20 days. 

We do not currently ship on Saturday or Sundays. This means if you want your order as quickly as possible order on a weekday please! 

We do not take responsibility for fees due to custom and excise, importation delays or any other customs related problems.

REFUND POLICY

Where a product is being returned, it must be in its original packaging and unopened in order to be eligible for a refund. Postage costs are non-refundable.

We offer a 14 day refund policy. If you are unhappy with a product purchased from our store, please contact us no later than 14 days from the date of sale by sending an email to Sales@Best-CBD-Online.com quoting your order number and describe your complaint.

If you have notified us that you wish to have a refund and are intending to return the goods, you must make sure that the goods reach us within 14 days of the notification to be eligible for a refund.

Where a product is covered by the manufacturers warranty, we will support our customers to ensure the relevant support group can assist any customer queries.
